Shipping policy

Liebstayn Alon offers deliveries within Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria and Germany. Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

Up to an order value of CHF 100, the Customer bears the shipping costs. If the order value exceeds CHF 100, the shipping costs will be paid by Liebstayn Alon. The Customer bears the costs for returns.

The items will be sent by mail to the address specified by the Customer in the order. The delivery time is usually 2 -5 working days.

Delivery to Austria and Germany:

Shipping cost: CHF20 

The Customer bears the costs for returns.

The items will be sent by mail to the address specified by the Customer in the order. The delivery time is usually 5 -15 working days.

VAT&Duties:

For international orders(outside of Switzerland), local taxes and duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Liebstayn is liable for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery. For more information, please consult your local tax authority.

The shipment will be made only after full payment of the ordered items. If an item is not available, the Customer will be notified of the delayed delivery as soon as possible.

With the shipment, benefits and risks are transferred to the Customer. Liebstayn Alon shall not be liable for any damage caused by the late arrival of the items to the Customer or to third parties. 

If the delivery cannot be delivered or if the Customer refuses to accept the delivery, Liebstayn Alon may dissolve the contract after giving notice to the Customer and setting a reasonable time limit and charging the costs for the inconvenience.

Liebstayn Alon grants a contractual right of return on all items (excluding gift vouchers and Final Sale products) within 14 calendar days of receipt. It is possible to exchange the items or return the items.

The exercise of the right of return leads to a reversal of the contract. The Customer must return the items to Liebstayn Alon within 14 calendar days of receipt, in their original packaging, together with the delivery bill.

Returns to Liebstayn Alon shall be made for the account and at the Customer's risk. The payment already made will be immediately refunded to the Customer.

Liebstayn Alon reserves the right to claim reasonable compensation for damage, excessive wear and tear or loss of value due to improper handling and to deduct the reduction in value from the purchase price already paid or invoice the Customer.

The returns processing at Liebstayn Alon may take up to 30 days until the purchase price is refunded.
